Fabrication of our drum microscreen filters (DMSF) starts with shearing. The shear is capable of handling sheets of aluminum as large as 8 feet wide and 5/16" inches thick.
In the foreground are 30/24 DMSF models in various stages of fabrication.

The filter support drum is being lowered into the TIG welded tank of a Model 46/36 DMSF. A Model 46/72 DMSF is in the background.
